CCRP Living Legacy Awardees 2025

The CCRP Living Legacy Awards Luncheon was held on November 7, 2025, at The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel, honouring sixteen exceptional individuals whose lives and work have made a lasting and meaningful contribution to Jamaica’s development. The event celebrated leadership, service, and excellence across a wide range of sectors, while highlighting the enduring impact of purposeful living and nation-building.

The 2025 honourees were: Mr Richard Byles BSc, MSc; Dr Barbara Carby CD, ONM; Dr Una Clarke CD; Mr Stephen “Cat” Coore OD; Mr Sethuraman Kumaraswamy BSc, FCA, LL.B (Gen); Ms Joan McDonald JP; Mr Novar McDonald MSc, MJIM; Mr Warren McDonald CD, JP, BSc (Hons), FCA, FCCA; Dr the Hon. Glen Mills OJ, CD; Mrs Gloria Palomino OD, BH (M), JP; Mrs M. Diana McIntyre-Pike OD, BSc; Mr Lloyd B. Smith OD, JP; Mrs Shernett Fay Smith; Dr L’Antoinette Stines OD; Mrs Patricia Reid-Waugh BH (M), JP, FCA, MSc; and Prof. Neville Ying CD, FIMCJ, PhD.

In keeping with the CCRP’s commitment to compassion and service, all proceeds from the Living Legacy Awards Luncheon were dedicated to providing relief for individuals and communities impacted by Hurricane Melissa. Through this initiative, the CCRP reaffirmed its mission to ensure that celebrating legacy also translates into tangible support for those in need.
