CCRP Jamaica is a non-profit, non-denominational and non-political membership organization for persons 40 and over.
The organization was founded by Jean Lowrie-Chin as a tribute to her mother and other seniors who had guided her company, PROComm, after it celebrated its 30th Anniversary. PROComm provides facilities and administrative support for CCRP. CCRP currently has over 12,000 members.

CCRP collaborates with the National Council for Senior Citizens (NCSC) and the Ministry of Labour & Social Security in upholding the rights of senior citizens.

The CCRP Sagicor Major Medical Health Insurance Plan offers annual coverage of up to J$9M. Coverage includes Diagnostic Services, Major Therapies, Hospitalization Services & Surgical Benefits and Overseas Emergency Benefits. There is a six-month waiting period before new subscribers become eligible to access claims and an annual deductible of J$100,000.
