CCRP Membership Renewal
CCRP Members, you are to renew your CCRP Membership in January 2024 if you have not already done so. Persons who are enrolled in the two Health Plans are reminded that these are Group plans for the CCRP Group. Therefore, you need to maintain your membership in CCRP in order to participate in the Health Plans. This means that you need to bring your membership in CCRP up to date by paying your Membership Renewal Fee. This fee must be paid by Wednesday, January 31, 2024, failing which your eligibility for benefits from the CCRP Health Plan may be in jeopardy.
The annual membership renewal fee is $2,000. Renewal fee for 3 years is $5,000. Renewal fee for 5 years is $8,000. Please note that your membership expiry date is located at the bottom of your CCRP membership card. Your membership number is also on the card. A digital card with similar information will be sent upon receipt of your renewal payment. Your digital card may be displayed on your phone, or printed, to be shown at participating discount partners.
